We are proud of our hip line of handmade, pure silver personalized jewelry and know that our products will be a profitable addition to your business. Please read our terms below. Apply for a Sentimental Silver Wholesale Account Terms and ConditionsYou must be the owner of a legitimate brick and mortar retail store or e-commerce site in order to participate in this program. EBay, auction sites or Etsy sellers are not eligible, and our products may not be sold on any such site. You must provide a valid tax ID number on the program application. Additionally, a copy of your resale license may be required. All designs are property of Sentimental Silver and must be identified as such. You may not copy or recreate Sentimental Silver’s products or designs nor may you present them as your own creations. Products must be presented as Sentimental Silver products. Although we do not anticipate a change in the terms and conditions of the program, the seller must agree that Sentimental Silver reserves the right to make changes to program item availability, pricing, and seller discounts at any time and without prior notice. Sentimental Silver reserves the right to revoke seller participation in this program at any time and for any reason we deem necessary. Our ProductsWe make our personalized pure silver pendants entirely by hand. All personalized products are one of a kind. No two pendants will be identical in shape, size or texture and letters will not be perfectly aligned, spaced or shaded. We feel this adds to the character and uniqueness of our products. These natural variations should be expected, and are not considered flaws. Please make sure that your customers are aware of the handmade nature of our pieces, and do not expect pieces with a mass produced look. Our pieces are all handmade from precious metal clay, and we do not use pre-made charm "blanks" on as many other retailers do, giving our pieces are more unique look. To read more about our jewelry, please visit our jewelry & design FAQ. Pricing & PaymentsSellers approved for our program will receive a 35% discount off of regular (non-sale) MSRP. No further discounts may be applied. Program discounts are not applied to shipping costs. Payments must be made in full prior to order fulfillment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card. There is no minimum order requirement. Due to the custom nature of our personalized products, it is not necessary or required for your store to carry an inventory. As an approved seller you may offer our products at any price you wish, as long as it is not below the MSRP published online at: www.sentimentalsilver.com. OrderingOnce approved, you can order our products online with your discount. All orders must be placed online through our wholesale login, or via fax. We cannot accept telephone orders, as we need all personalization requests in writing. Production Time: All orders require an estimated 2-3 weeks production time from when order is received, prior to shipping. We do ask that you understand that although we make every effort to process orders as quickly as possible, situations will occasionally occur that will increase turnaround time. If your order does not include all personalization details, or personalization requests do not fit on the piece ordered, we will contact you to discuss these issues. This will increase the production time on your order. In situations like this, please contact your customer immediately to resolve the situation and avoid any further delay in the production of their order. Please check your customers orders prior to submitting, as a 12 letter name will not fit on a piece with a seven letter limit. We do offer a rush service for an additional $50 fee, to which no discounts, wholesale or otherwise, will apply. Rush orders will require one week production time prior to shipping, compared to the standard 2-3 week production time. Due to the handcrafted nature of our product, we can only accept a limited number of rush orders. Please contact us for availability prior to accepting a rush order from your customer. Rush orders include priority shipping. Express shipping is available for an additional fee. Due to the many details that go into producing our jewelry, we cannot guarantee an exact date for delivery. Please do not give customers an exact date for arrival. PackagingOur jewelry is sent in a small jewelry pouch, which is tucked into a gift box. ShippingAll wholesale orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service using Priority Mail.
International orders will be sent via USPS Global Priority Mail (or Global Express if requested) and the buyer will be charged for the shipping costs. Any customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Drop ship orders can be sent directly to your customer with tracking information sent to you. We are happy to use your business name on the return address label of the packages sent to your customer. Refunds and CancellationsBecause all of our jewelry is custom made just for you, ALL SALES ARE FINAL and there are no refunds or exchanges. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once they have already been made. We cannot assume responsibility for mistakes made by you, your employees or your customer when ordering, or for changed minds. Please double (or triple) check the personalization before submitting your order. Any replacements or remakes due to ordering mistakes will be processed as a new order at your expense. If you are unsure of anything when placing your order, please contact us. Marketing Our ProductsWe are happy to provide you with images of our products and/or logo (high res or web) to assist you in marketing our products for your store.
